House is located 20m above sea level, 200m from the sea, and at about the same distance from the village center. Closest beach is on 7min walk. Beaches are for all preferences: sandy, pebble and stone, shaded and unshaded. Village center is 300m away, as well as the main markets in the village. Several restaurants and few local wineries and wine cellars of indigenous Croatian Grk wine are also in vicinity. Actually almost everything in Lumbarda is on walking distance, while Alegria provides you being in the center and away from crowds and busy roads.
