House Alegria Lumbarda is built as a holiday house and it’s been in service for almost three decades now. The house consists of two floors and for the most of the time is rented as a unit. The house is ideal pick for families.
However, since both apartments are separated and independent, they can also be rented individually. Most frequently by couples traveling during the pre and post season.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet, surrounded with local inhabitants. Everything is at walking distance. The closest good quality restaurant is at 3 min. walk. The closest winery at 6 min. walk.
Shops are at 7 min walk, as wall as the small fruit market. The Gym is at about the same distance as well as the sea.
The closest beach Prvi Zal is at 10 min light walk.
