First floor apartment consists of 50m2 interior space along with large backyard terrace with a garden and plenty exterior space providing such the coziness and full privacy for our guests inside the apartment and in open air.
This apartment is separated from the basement and is accessed via its own entrance.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One with twin bed, and the second one with two separate beds. Large living room has a sofa that can be extended and make an additional bed for one or two persons. Blankets and towels are provided.
Kitchen is well equipped for a holiday living and is connected with small dining room. There is also direct exit to the backyard terrace which is very suitable for outside day lunches and/or evening dinners. Terrace can accommodate even a large group of people what proved to be very suitable for anniversaries or friendly gatherings. One part of the terrace is occupied by a stone made barbecue, where wood and charcoal are supplied regularly. There is one bathroom in the house with a shower and there is an outside shower on the terrace.
The apartment is air conditioned, equipped with a Smart TV and fast and stable WiFi internet connection.
Most of the time the apartment is rented within a whole house when families travel with children and grandparents. However, in pre and post season this apartment gets rented separately by couples traveling all alone.
